Measured Surveys
Using state of the art equipment such as the CHC NAV and Trimble X7 equipment we provide RICS compliant drawings such as; Floor plans, Elevations, Sections, Site Plans and GIA/NIA calculations, 3D models.
Topographical Surveys
Using high-precision surveying equipment, Plan A captures all relevant ground-level details such as ground heights, terrains, shrubbery, man holes, structures/openings and much more to create a scaled digital map or CAD file.
Matterport Tours
We use the Matterport Pro 3 camera for undertaking digital twin scans of properties for a wide variety of use. Using a combination of the Matterport Pro 3 and Insta 360 cameras these scans are great to capture details pre commencement or post building work.
